Questions students ask
Which exam boards does A Level Maths cover?
Edexcel, AQA, OCR A, OCR B (MEI). You choose your board when you open the app, and the topics, mock tests, Large Data Set and formula cards all follow it. You can change board at any time in Settings.
Does it work for AS as well as the full A level?
Yes. Choose AS or A level as your course. AS hides the A level-only content — all of Pure Year 2 and the Year 2 parts of Statistics and Mechanics, such as the Normal distribution and projectiles — so you only see what your exams test.
What can I do for free?
The app is free to download. The free tier opens the first subtopic of each topic and the first set of formula cards; the same 613 free questions are on this website. A subscription or a one-off lifetime purchase unlocks every subtopic — 2,800+ questions — and all 233 formula cards.
Does it cover the Large Data Set?
Yes — each board has its own Large Data Set section: Edexcel weather data, AQA cars data, OCR A census data, and for MEI the health survey data (exams in 2027) and countries data (exams in 2028).
Does it say which formulae I need to learn?
Every one of the 233 formula cards is badged for your board: "In your booklet" if your exam's formula booklet prints it, "Learn this" if you need to know it by heart.
